Aerobics
A variety of hi & low impact moves designed to give you a cardiovascular workout - Some dance, some traditional.

20/20/20
20 minutes step, 20 minutes high/low, 20 minutes weights and abs.

Taeforce
A sweat drenching workout that incorporates kickboxing and boxing techniques. Fat Burning for Sure!!!

Pilates
A pilates mat class that tones & strengthens the whole body. It consists of controlled movements to develop strong, flexible lean muscles.

Step
A high intensity, low impact workout using Reebok steps. Beginners as well as advanced participants can work out together because the platform height is adjustable.

Workout/Chisel
A strength training class for all muscle groups that may include using body bars, weights, bands, balls and tubes.

Cardio Pump
An interval style workout alternating muscle and cardio moves.

Yogalates
A combination of pilates and yoga - leaning toward the lighter side.

Zumba
Latin inspired high energy class combining motivating music with unique moves and combinations that are fun and easy to follow!

Piyo
A mind/body workout combining yoga, pilates, strength and stretch moves in a continuous flowing style for a head to toe workout. Yoga mat and bare feet are the rule.

Spinning
A cardiovascular workout on stationary bikes in a class setting with a certified instructor.
